Russian climbs atop Zuari bridge, booked

Panaji: Dilip Buildcon, the contractors who constructed and are looking after the maintenance of the new Zuari bridge, filed a complaint with Agasaim police against a Russian vlogger who posted a video of him having climbed atop the superstructure of the bridge.

The vlogger has been identified as Shcherbakov Maksim. The video, which was posted in Aug, came to the notice of the Dilip Buildcon officials on Sep 3.

As the incident occurred in the first week of Aug, it is not known whether he is still in India or has left the country.

He is a foreigner and this leads to many issues. He has mocked the Indian laws and security in his post

,” said an official of Dilip Buildcon.
