Ravindra Bhavan, Margao to mark Opinion Poll with various events

MARGAO: Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, will commemorate ‘Asmitai Dis’ to mark the Opinion Poll Day on January 16. The state-level programme will also be held at Ravindra Bhavan for which chief minister Manohar Parrikar and minister for town and country planning Vijai Sardesai will be present.
Apart from the various activities that will take place in Ravindra Bhavan, several outdoor events will take place along the road stretching from the Colva circle to Fatorda circle, chairman of Ravindra Bhavan, Prashant Naik told reporters.
An exhibition pertaining to the Opinion Poll, a video of the various activities of the Opinion Poll, and various activities for students will be organised. A drawing competition for students of Classes 5 to 10 on the topic Goan identity will be held.
