PANAJI: Following the five minor blasts in Pune on Wednesday, Coastal state of Goa has been put on alert, informed Director General of Police Kishan Kumar.
Speaking to TOI Kumar said that there is no specific intelligence input on terror strike in Goa for intelligence agencies, but as a precautionary measures state has been put on alert."We have alerted all police stations in Goa, superintendent of police, officials, coastal police, and police control room (PCR)", said Kumar.He also said that police have been asked to intensify the patrolling on the costal belt of Goa.
