have reached an understanding. He said AAP is selectively choosing Congress dominated constituencies to distribute rations, in a bid to divide the party votes.

“From calling Congress as Congress Janata party and protesting outside Congress office, to launching their campaign ‘Let’s Clean Up Goan Politics’, AAP in Goa is trying to desperately search for ways and means to replace Congress, by focusing only on constituencies where Congress wins or is destined to win the 2022 assembly elections,” Pacheco said.
