‘No Entry’ sign mid-road baffles Chaudi commuters

POINGUINIM: Commuters were left confused on Tuesday after they came across a ‘

No Entry

’ sign halfway along the road connecting Chaudi to Manohar Parrikar bypass.

There is no prior indication that the stretch will cease to be a two-way road. This road is also used by commuters from Margao to Chaudi.

traffic cell said he is aware of the inconvenience being caused. He then informed executive engineer (NH 66) Laxmikant Naik, who told TOI that he will get the signboard reinstalled at the start of the Chaudi-end of the side road.
