NITI Aayog workshop for women entrepreneurs

Panaji: NITI Aayog’s, Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) will be organising a workshop on October 3 on enabling women-led development. The event will be held at the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) in Dona Paula and will mark the start of the WEP state workshop series.

The workshop will help create awareness about WEP and also launch a range of initiatives. Discussions on topics such as mentoring, skill development, access to finance and compliance will form a key aspect of the workshop.

Women entrepreneurs will gain from the knowledge at the workshop, share their experiences and get access to valuable resources. The workshop will serve as a platform for the government and private sector to showcase efforts in supporting women entrepreneurs, and creating a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Chief minister Pramod Sawant, NITI Aayog member V K Saraswat, NITI Aayog CEO B V R Subrahmanyam, and others will address women leaders from western India at the event.
