Moti Dongor accused get bail

MARGAO: The South Goa sessions court on Saturday granted conditional bail to the 14 accused arrested in the Moti Dongor violence case. They were later released on a bail bond of 10,000, with one surety in like amount.
Gauns Kadar Yergatti, Nazir Dhwardkar, Majjid Yergatti, Noor Saudagar, Irfan Yergatti, Sadam Chaperband, Mohammad Ali Dhawdkar, Jalil Shaikh, Mohammad Salim Naregal, Ibrahim Naregal, Abdul Habid, Rabbani Tambak, Azharuddin Balbhatti and Hyder Ali Balbatti had filed the bail pleas before the court.Sessions judge Anuja Prabhudessai has directed the accused not to tamper with evidence and not to leave the state without prior permission of the court.
In the same case, the court granted anticipatory bail to Mohammad Farooq Balbatti, Mohammad Elias Balbatti and Raja Saheb Narsang.
