Panaji: The third edition of the international disputes resolution competition, ‘Lex Infinitum’, was inaugurated by Cyril Shroff of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advocates and Solicitors, at the Panjim Convention Centre, Mala, on Wednesday.
