Buffaloes killed in motor accident, Vasco man held
Panaji: Mapusa police arrested Manjunath Nayak from Vasco on Sunday for allegedly killing four buffaloes and injuring two others by driving his goods carrier carelessly near Karaswada, Mapusa.
The authorities charged the accused under the relevant sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 and the Motor Vehicle Act.
