Delhi's most wanted gangster Deepak Boxer arrested in Mexico, say TV reports

Deepak Boxer, one of Delhi’s most wanted gangsters, has been arrested in Mexico with the help of FBI. As per the TV reports, several teams of Delhi Police are present in Mexico and the gangster is likely to be brought back to India in next couple of days.

Deepak Boxer is suspected to have fled the country earlier this year on a fake passport.
NEW DELHI: Deepak Boxer, one of Delhi’s most wanted gangsters, has been arrested in Mexico with the help of FBI. As per the TV reports, several teams of Delhi Police are present in Mexico and the gangster is likely to be brought back to India in next couple of days.
Deepak carried a cash reward of Rs 3 lakh by Delhi Police.

Earlier this year, there were reports that Deepak may have fled the country with the help of gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldi Brar on a fake passport.As per the reports, Bishnoi wanted Boxer to handle the gang operations from abroad.

Who is Deepak Boxer
Boxer, 27, was heading the erstwhile Gogi gang after the former kingpin, Jitender Gogi, was killed inside the Rohini courts complex in September 2021. After the murder, Boxer started managing the affairs of the Gogi gang. Cops have found that he had been running the gang’s operation with the help of his gang members lodged in jail.

Boxer came to limelight in 2016 when he freed gangster Jitender alias Gogi from police custody in Haryana. Last year, he claimed responsibility for the killing of builder-hotelier Amit Gupta through an Instagram handle used by his henchmen to post regular updates about the gang’s “achievements”.
