NEW DELHI: The Properties Ahead' 06 fair, being organised at Pragati Maidan, has people queuing up already for information on real estate. The three-day property fair which began on Saturday, witnessed over 3,000 visitors on the first day. It was inaugurated by Narendra Nath, chairperson, Vikas Board, trans-Yamuna.
Magicbricks.com, a website which facilitates people in buying, selling and renting properties, is key participant of the fair.

The website has 1,000 registered builders, over 20,000 registered brokers and about 1 lakh properties listed on it. Buyers have access to all information for free of cost.
The information exchange programme is aimed at reaching out to offline clients. "Many of the serious real estate investors are not well versed with Internet or are not aware of such portals. We get their information through forms and upload it on our site and when we find a match suiting their demands, we inform them," said Gaurav Sinha, senior manger, magicbricks.com.
The property fair will continue till October 2 and a similar fair will be held in Mumbai and Chennai next week.
