NEW DELHI: Senior officials from the Delhi police, including the Additional DCP North and CP Cell, arrived at Swati Maliwal's residence in Delhi on Thursday.
Their presence was in response to an allegation made by Maliwal against Arvind Kejriwal's PA, Bibhav Kumar, whom she accused of assaulting her at the CM's residence.
The police were alerted to the alleged incident through a PCR call, which led to their prompt arrival at the location.
In the aftermath of the incident, Maliwal went to the Civil Lines police station with the intention of filing an FIR. However, she ultimately decided not to proceed with lodging a formal complaint at that time.
