Stamp scam accused's plea rejected
NEW DELHI: A city court on Wednesday dismissed the transfer application of an accused in the fake stamp paper scam.
The accused, Sushant Kumar Dass, filed the application in court on Tuesday seeking transfer for treatment as inmates at Tihar had “beaten him up�. The court directed the jail superintendent to submit an inquiry report.
