Shraddha Walkar murder case: Aaftab Poonawala seeks time to present arguments

NEW DELHI: The legal aid counsel for Aaftab Poonawala, who has been accused of killing his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar, sought time to present arguments after the special public prosecutors submitted their case in front of a Delhi court on Tuesday.

SPPs Amit Prasad and Madhukar Pandey appeared representing Delhi Police, while advocate Javed Hussain appeared as the legal aid counsel for Aaftab. The remaining arguments on the charge will be heard on March 20 at 2 pm.
