NEW DELHI: Delhi mayor Shelly Oberoi will hold an emergency meeting today at 3 pm at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) headquarters following the deaths of three IAS aspirants when the basement of their coaching center flooded after heavy rain.
