According to sources, the detained youth is believed to be responsible for the graffiti not only in Delhi but also in other parts of India.

The police suspect that the youth was acting under the instructions of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the leader of the banned group Sikhs for Justice.

Raids are currently being conducted in Punjab as part of the ongoing investigation. The police had filed an FIR on September 27, following the discovery of pro-Khalistan and anti-India slogans on the Kashmere Gate flyover.
