Police seek nod to brain-map Abdul Karim Tunda

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Wednesday moved a trial court seeking its permission to conduct a brain mapping test on arrested top Lashkar-e-Taiba bomb expert Abdul Karim Tunda in a bid to unearth the terrorist network of his associates in India and Pakistan. The special cell of Delhi Police filed the plea before chief metropolitan magistrate Amit Bansal saying Tunda's brain mapping test would help them in probing "grand conspiracies" being hatched by "forces inimical to the security and sovereignty of the nation".
