Oral hearing for 20 AAP MLAs on May 17

NEW DELHI: Honouring the directive of Delhi High Court in the office-of-profit case against 20

AAP MLAs

from Delhi, the Election Commission on Friday decided to grant the MLAs an oral hearing on May 17.

The EC, in a letter on Friday, invited the 20 legislators as well as petitioner Prashant Patel to appear before the commission "either in person or through authorised legal representative" at 3 pm on May 17, 2018. The full commission, comprising chief election commissioner OP Rawat and election commissioners
