NEW DELHI: Four persons robbed the Okhla house of a hardware factory owner on Sunday afternoon. The robbers decamped with Rs 1 lakh, some jewellery and a Santro car.

NEW DELHI: Four persons robbed the Okhla house of a hardware factory owner on Sunday afternoon. The robbers decamped with Rs 1 lakh, some jewellery and a Santro car. The incident occurred at 4 pm, when four persons knocked at the Abul Fazal Enclave house of Mohammed Hussain's (70) asking for his son Mohammed Aslam. On Sunday, Hussain was home along with one of his sons, Mohammed Asad, and some other family members.

"The four persons were carrying locally-made guns and knives and forced the family to part with valuables. Just then, Mohammed Aslam returned in his Santro," the police said. Aslam was locked in the house along with the others. The robbers drove away in the car.
