GHAZIABAD: Nithari killings accused Moninder Singh Pandher on Wednesday moved an application in a CBI court in Ghaziabad accusing lawyer Khalid Khan of instigating his former client Nand Lal, father of a Nithari victim Payal, to register a false case of murder and rape against him.

The CBI Judge fixed November 29 for the disposal of Pandher's application.
Nand Lal, who was the main witness in the case, recently turned hostile retracting his earlier statement against Pandher and withdrawing all the charges against him in the CBI court.
Khalid Khan had been Nand Lal's lawyer before he withdrew the charges against Pandher, the main accused in the case.
However, Khan continues to be the counsel for the families of other Nithari victims including Madhu (14), Anjali (14) and Jyoti (16).
Disposing another application related to the case the CBI Judge fixed tomorrow's date for recording the statements of the fathers of these Nithari victims.
Fathers of Madhu, Anjali and Jyoti had moved an application through their lawyer Khalid Khan in the CBI court yesterday requesting that their statements be recorded at the earliest.
