new delhi: the best brains in the city are going to take on each other at `the nie zestest quiz' contest scheduled to take place on december 22. in this annual junior quiz, pitted against each other would be schoolchildren from classes iii to vii. sponsored by mighty mouse and microsoft and organised by the times of india, this is the second consecutive year this quiz show is taking place.this year's venue will be siri fort auditorium. the quiz will start off with an on-the-spot preliminary round followed by a live quiz show. the quizmaster will be yuri. thereafter, the six top teams would vie for the zestest trophy. all candidates qualifying for the live quiz round will be awarded watches. the winning team will get educational cds worth rs 2,000 and 1,000 each respectively. former miss india manpreet brar and fashion designer jatin kochhar would be present to cheer the participants. those in the gallery will also have a fair chance to win goodies and special prizes will be reserved for the best cheering and banner teams.
