NEW DELHI: A massive fire broke out at a factory near HDFC Bank on Lawrence Road in Delhi's Keshav Puram area on Monday morning, Upon receiving the information, 14 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
No casualties or injuries have been reported.
"Fire broke out in a factory near HDFC Bank, Lawrence Road, in the Keshav Puram area. 14 fire tenders rushed to the spot," the Delhi fire service department said.
The cause of the factory fire remains under investigation, with authorities awaiting further details.
In a separate incident on Sunday evening, fire officials successfully controlled a blaze that broke out at a dumping yard near Mandi village in Delhi. Fire department officials responded immediately with fire tenders to combat the situation.
In another incident, a truck caught fire on the Patna-Delhi National Highway near Naya Bhojpur village in Bihar's Buxar district. Local residents alerted the Patna control room about the incident, following which fire brigade teams arrived and successfully extinguished the flames. Officials confirmed there were no fatalities in the truck fire incident.
Authorities continue to monitor these situations and investigate the causes of the fires.
