New Delhi: Seven people, including three women and two children, were injured after a small LPG cylinder exploded in outer Delhi's Swaroop Nagar on Tuesday afternoon, triggering a fire in a residential building.
The incident occurred on the third floor of a house in F-Block, Swaroop Nagar, which measures around 25 square yards. The room was occupied by a tenant family of four. Delhi Fire Service (DFS) said a call regarding the blaze was received at 12.25 pm. Two fire tenders, along with nearly 10 firefighters, were dispatched. The fire was brought under control by 1.10 pm.

All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital in Burari, where they are undergoing treatment. Police said legal action has been initiated and investigation is underway.
