LG VK Saxena lauds Gujarat, Maharashtra for role in growth

NEW DELHI: LG VK Saxena lauded the role of Maharashtra and Gujarat in the growth and development of the country on the foundation day of the two states on Monday.

The Raj Niwas celebreated the event with a colourful programme presented by the artists from the two states.

Saxena appreciated the performance of school girls who mesmerised the audience with their performance of Garba and Laavni, the folk dance forms of Gujarat and Maharashtra, respectively.
