The prosecution informed the court that forensic report in a case registered in connection with Barakhamba Road blast was still awaited while sanction for prosecuting the accused in the case had already been obtained.
The court directed the police to supply copies of the chargesheet to the five accused. The five were sent to Gujarat on October 27 after the police there sought their custody over their alleged role in Ahmedabad serial blasts on July 26. The court on Wednesday also issued production warrants for January 29 against the alleged co-founder of Indian Mujahideen Mohd Sadiq Sheikh and member Quamuddin Kapadia. Both are in custody of Gujarat police.
