Institute of Home Economics girls dance to the top at Times Fresh Face

Let the show begin: Our next stop for the auditions of OPPO Delhi Times Fresh Face 2017 was Institute of Home Economics. The event was high on glamour and talent as more than 140 contestants registered in the first round to be the freshest fuchchas from the college. Actress Anshul Chauhan, who has debuted with 'Shubh Mangal Savdhan', was the celebrity judge.

The singing divas: As we began the second round, the talent round, most of the girls decided to sing.Only a few danced or walked the ramp. Emcee Ajay Sehrawat kept the students entertained with his witty remarks while DJ Sumit Sethi managed to keep the students high-spirited with his background music. Anshul Chauhan not only asked some questions in the final round, but also shook a leg as the round got over. "It takes a lot of courage to stand on the stage and perform in front of so many people. I really appreciate the confidence that the girls showed," she said after the auditions.

And the winners are..: Since there were more than 140 contestants, Anshul had a difficult time choosing the winners. After competing for the three rounds, Mehak Bharti, who danced in the talent round and also walked the ramp on Anshul's request, was chosen as the winner, while Vanshika Nanda was chosen as the first runner-up from the college.
