GURGAON: In three cases of thefts across Gurgaon, burglars and servants took away valuables worth lakhs on Monday and Tuesday. In two cases, house owners suspected the role of their servant and employee in stealing cash and valuable items and in the other case burglars ransacked a house in South City when the occupants were away.
Police said burglars struck a house in Moti Vihar colony adjacent to C block of South City.

The house belongs to one Dheerendra Kumar. Dheerendra along with his wife have still not returned from their trip to Mumbai. Police officials said that the burglary was discovered when Dheerendra's father Bhoop Singh paid a visit to the house on Tuesday night. "Since the occupants have not yet reached, it's impossible to calculate the valuables stolen by the burglars, but it's in lakhs" said a close relative of Dheerendra.
Meanwhile, one Sanjay Kalra registered a case against one of his employees working at his sanitary showroom on main Madanpuri Road. He has alleged that an employee named Khagendra Bahadur hid a key of the showroom and looted items worth Rs 4 lakh.In a similar case, a resident of Ambience Apartments, Shabina Sehgal, lodged a case against their servant Dildhar Yadav alleging that he stole one Rs l lakh from their house.
