Fresh warrant for Abu Jundal

NEW DELHI: A trial court on Friday issued fresh production warrant for key 26/11 attacks handler Abu Jundal after Mumbai Anti-Terrorism squad once again failed to hand him over to the Delhi Police saying he is required for interrogation in other cases.
Chief metropolitan magistrate Vidya Prakash issued fresh production warrant for Jundal alias Zabi for October 12 after the LeT operative was not produced before him in pursuance of earlier production warrants.
The Mumbai ATS, who were handed over Jundal on July 21, told the chief metropolitan magistrate that a court in Mumbai has given his custody to it till October 3 and he is further required in other cases being investigated there.
