To combat the flames, four fire tenders were dispatched to the scene.

The firefighters managed to gain control over the blaze within an hour of their arrival.

The official mentioned that some furniture and other items within the restaurant were destroyed by the fire.

Preliminary investigations by the police suggest that the cause of the fire might have been a short circuit.
