Delhi Women and Child Development minister Rajendra Pal Gautam had held a meeting with DCW chief Swati Maliwal, along with other members of the ministry, to discuss the notice issued by the Union body NCW, which reported a spike in

domestic violence cases in Delhi

.

“It may be that the cases have increased but women are unable to report as the abuser is staying with them all the time under lockdown,” Gautam said.
