DELHI: Even before the results of counting of postal ballots for the Delhi assembly elections 2020 were out on Tuesday, Congress candidate from Vikaspuri constituency Mukesh Sharma conceded his defeat.
The initial trends of the counting of votes suggested another dismal show by the Congress and Sharma wasted no time to accept the verdict from his constituency.
