NEW DELHI: A passerby alerted the police on Wednesday morning about the discovery of a 35-year-old man's body, which was found suspended from an unfinished flyover in the Aman Vihar area of Rohini. The man was later identified as Harpreet Singh.
According to a police officer, "Prima facie, it is suspected that he committed suicide. No suicide note was recovered.
" The officer further stated that the case is currently under investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The police, with the assistance of a rescue team, retrieved the body and transported it to a hospital for a post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death.
Harpreet Singh is survived by his wife and their two-month-old child, who are now left to cope with the tragic loss of their loved one.
