NEW DELHI: Two Iranian men were arrested for impersonating as Delhi Police officers and duping people, including foreigners, in the city. The accused, identified as Gholam Bahrani alias
Khalid Khan (32) and Mojtaba Zolfagari alias
Rizwan Khan (52), are natives of Tehran and lived in Noida.
Police have recovered foreign currency, including 1,120 US dollars, 10 Dirhams, 150 Euros, police stickers, five fake number plates and two cars, which they used in crimes.

Rajeev Kumar said there were incidents where people were cheated or robbed by a group of 4-5 persons impersonating as cops. Five cases have been solved with their arrests, police said.
