NEW DELHI: Minor traffic congestions were reported in south and New Delhi due to VVIP movement during the first day of the India-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (India-ASEAN) summit. While Sardar Patel Marg between Dhaula Kuan and Panchsheel Marg remained closed on Thursday from 3pm to 7.30pm, very few snarls were reported in the area.
“People appeared to have followed the traffic advisory as there was not a long traffic tail even in Dhaula Kuan.
