According to the forecast, more rains and dust storms, as well as thunderstorms accompanied by hail could be expected in the next 24 hours. After that, the temperature was expected to rise again. Similar weather conditions will continue on Monday with the mercury hovering around 35 degrees.
Although it was a little sultry during the day, by evening the weather had become quite pleasant. Being a Sunday and a holiday, many made the most of it by taking their families for picnics. "We rarely get to enjoy pleasant weather at this time of the year. The rains last night brought temperatures down and by evening it was quite pleasant. It was a perfect evening to spend with the family outdoors,'' said Mahesh Thakur, a businessman.
