Cab driver held for teen's kidnap

NEW DELHI: A school cab driver was held for allegedly kidnapping a 13-year-old girl while en route to her school, police said. A case under the Pocso act was registered against the accused, Vicky Singh (32).

Upon inquiry, it was revealed that Vicky forcibly made her sit in his car from her school gate and tried to abscond with her, but was later caught by the police team. "The victim has been sent for medical examination and counselling while further investigation is under way," police added.
