Bureaucratic shuffle in city
New Delhi: Effecting a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, LG VK Saxena on Thursday appointed three IAS officers as secretary and special secretary to the newly appointed CM, Rekha Gupta.While 2008-batch IAS officer Madhu Teotia was appointed as secretary to CM, two 2011-batch officers, Sandeep Kumar Singh and Ravi Jha, were posted as special secretaries. In his last assignment, Teotia served as additional chief executive officer in National Health Authority under the Union ministry of health and family welfare.Singh served as private secretary to the Union minister for culture and tourism, while Jha was posted as excise commissioner in the Delhi govt.LG also appointed 2007-batch IAS officer Azimul Haque as chief executive officer of Delhi Waqf Board while handing over the additional charge of member (administration) in DJB to 2014-batch officer Sachin Rana. tnn
