NEW DELHI: BJP leader and MP Manoj Tiwari has welcomed the Supreme Court decision to hand over actor

Sushant Singh Rajput death case

to the Central Bureau of Investigation and said the move will increase people’s faith in the judicial system.


“After 66 days, I am feeling relieved. I want to thank everyone who came out in support to seek CBI investigation into the case. The CBI investigation will lead to the truth in this case,” Tiwari, who was among the key persons to have demanded CBI probe into the actor’s death, said.


The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered CBI investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput's death and ordered the Mumbai Police to hand over all the evidences collected so far in the case to CBI.
