Suspended AAP member Kapil Mishra today decided to make public a letter from his mother to party chief Kejriwal, in which she chides him for "spreading falsehoods" about her son and for "outright lying". "How many lies, Arvind? Ultimately, how many?" asks Annapurna Mishra, a BJP leader, in the letter her son posted on Twitter.

Suspended Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kapil Mishra today told the media that he plans to go to the Capital's Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) again today "with more details on the tanker scam". "I will go to ACB at 12 noon today and divulge more details in the water tanker scam," Mishra said today outside his residence.

A &quot;secret code&quot; rigged the outcome &mdash; eight votes polled in favour of &#39;AAP&#39; after the rigging registered in the name of the &#39;BJP candidate&#39;, resulting in a &#39;BJP victory&#39;.

The Election Commission (EC) rejected on Tuesday AAP&#39;s claim to have &ldquo;demonstrated&ldquo; tampering of an EVM, saying the &ldquo;lookalike&ldquo; machine produced in the Delhi assembly could not be compared to EVMs owned by EC.

Social activist Anna Hazare has demanded a thorough investigation into the allegations made by former Delhi minister Kapil Mishra against CM Arvind Kejriwal.

The FIRs have been lodged under sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sections of IPC pertaining to criminal conspiracy and fraud. Confirming the development, ACB chief Mukesh Meena said that the complainant in the case is one Rahul Sharma of the Roads Anti-Corruption Organisation.

Warning that EVM tampering was a serious danger to the very basis of democracy, deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia countered BJP&#39;s poll victory spree across the country with a couplet: &ldquo;Ladai jo tumne ye behtareen jeeti hai, fareb de ke siyasi zameen jeeti hai. Yahi wo sach hai jo main cheekh karke bolta hun, chunav tum nahi jeete ye machine jeeti hai&ldquo;.

Newly-elected BJP MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa lashed out at AAP for blaming EVMs for its defeat in the recent municipal elections. He challenged the ruling party to prove its allegations at the meeting called by the Election Commission on Friday.
