A two-level basement car park accommodates 500 vehicles. The complex also features a community centre with four shops designed to meet residents’ needs and provide space for social gatherings.Sustainability was prioritised throughout the project. The complex meets the National Building Code 2016 standards and has earned a GRIHA 3-star rating for energy conservation, renewable energy generation and effective waste management.Overall, the complex aims to provide parliamentarians with a comfortable, functional, and secure living environment, addressing previous housing shortages.
