He added that Saurabh had borrowed Rs 5 lakh for his sister’s wedding. When his wife asked him to give her some money, he refused. A heated exchange ensued and he killed her in a fit of rage.Saurabh, who worked in a government office canteen in Dehradun, lost his job during the lockdown. He took up odd jobs to run the house. The couple had been living in a rented house for over a year.
