Uttarakhand BJP team to campaign in UP

Uttarakhand

unit of BJP will send a 70-member contingent to Uttar Pradesh to bolster the party's ongoing poll campaign in the state.

said, “Under the supervision of state general secretary (organisation)

, about 70-to-80 prominent party workers will participate in the election campaign in different areas of UP, where elections are being held in seven phases.”

The selected workers will be tasked to work in tandem with the party workers of UP, managing the campaign’s backroom operations, mainly related to the door-to-door canvassing and micro-management of booths, said a party leader.
