carrying a bounty of Rs 1 lakh each for their involvement in a murder were arrested by Haridwar Police on Monday. The accused were wanted by Punjab Police. According to police, the accused met in Roorkee jail, where they hatched the plan to murder a man who had registered a case of robbery against one of them.
