NAINITAL: While hearing a string of 27 petitions on non-payment of dues and deduction in pay of retired state roadways employees, the Uttarakhand high court ordered the state transport corporation to clear all payment dues within three months. A single bench of Justice Sarad Kumar Sharma, while disposing of all the petitions, directed Uttarakhand transport corporation to also pay money deducted from salary, along with interest.


The HC also directed the petitioners to pay a litigation cost of Rs 5,000. The petitioners have said that despite several complaints, the corporation hasn't paid them.
