Ruskin Bond International Schools initiative launched in Mussoorie

Mussoorie: The Ruskin Bond International Schools initiative, an educational concept inspired by the legacy of celebrated author Ruskin Bond, was officially inaugurated at an event in Mussoorie on Sunday. The event was attended by Bond himself and former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Kiran Bedi.
Expressing his gratitude to Mussoorie, where he has resided for decades, Ruskin Bond said, "My thanks to Mussoorie for looking after me all these years and inspiring me to write all the books that I have been writing. Perhaps, I would not have done half as much if I had been elsewhere. I hope the schools will thrive here too."
Siddharth Bond, founder of the initiative, said, "The Ruskin Bond International School is a revolutionary concept and it has been designed as a franchise model, envisioning a network of both preschools and full-fledged schools across the country. The first school under this initiative will open in Vadodara, Gujarat."
