Luxury real estate on the rise in Uttarakhand

Interest in luxury real estate is expanding in Uttarakhand's scenic regions, prompting developers to launch eco-friendly projects that appeal to travelers and investors. Among the latest plans is a resort in Nainital with cottages and plotted sites, reinforcing the area’s draw as a location for retreats and weddings.
This trend marks a shift toward nature-focused developments, aiming to meet growing demand for sustainable properties that integrate with the natural surroundings of Nainital.
Delhi-based Victorian Corporation recently shared plans for its Eko-Privilege Resort in Nainital, which includes 50 cottages, a banquet area, and facilities suited to the wedding and tourism markets.

Expected to be completed by December 2025, the project also features a 23-plot development and a clubhouse, set to open by mid-2025, offering buyers access to resort amenities in a natural setting
