Uttarakhand
assembly polls, the state unit of
Congress will hold a meeting to review the party performance on March 21. The party has made
Avinash Pandey
the in-charge of the poll review exercise.
Both Pandey and state in-charge
Devender Yadav
will interact with the members of the
state committee
and senior leaders to discuss and review the party’s performance in the hill state. In the recently concluded assembly elections, Congress could win only 19 constituencies whereas the Bharatiya Janata Party secured a comfortable mandate in the state by clinching 47 seats. Meanwhile, two seats each were won by independents and Bahujan Samaj Party leaders.
