officer late on Tuesday. The CM has kept senior officers like Radha Raturi, Abhinav Kumar and R Meenakshi
Sundaram in his team, whereas the charge of CM office has been withdrawn from additional chief secretary (ACS) Anand Bardhan.
ACS
Bardhan has been given rural development, revenue, urban development, housing, Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development and agriculture produce.
Raturi is the new ACS to the CM, whereas Sundaram is the new secretary to Dhami. IPS officer Abhinav Kumar has got the post of special principal secretary to the CM. Besides, Kumar would also have the charge of information, sports and youth welfare. Sundaram would look after labour, finance, energy and alternate energy. Chief secretary SS Sandhu has been given additional charge of chief resident commissioner Delhi. Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu has been made principal secretary forest, environment conservation and climate change.
Meanwhile, IAS officer Pankaj Pandey, who was recently in the middle of controversy over a woman doctor's transfer, has been given industrial development, industrial development (mining), Ayush and Ayush education. Besides, the charge of secretary to CM, IAS officer Shailesh Bagauli would also have charge of personnel and vigilance, agriculture and higher education. Also, revenue and excise was removed from Ravinath Raman and he was given college and technical education.
