Ashish Srivastava made Doon’s DM

Dehradun: In a bureaucratic shuffle, the state government has appointed Ashish Kumar Srivastava as the new district magistrate (

DM

) of Dehradun. Kumar, who is also the Additional Secretary to the chief minister; Vice President of the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority, and the CEO of the Dehradun Smart City Project, will continue his service in these capacities as well.

C Ravishankar, the former DM of Dehradun has now been made Haridwar’s district magistrate. He was made Dehradun’s DM in June, last year.

Meanwhile, Haridwar DM Deependra Chaudhary has been kept in the waiting list.
