HARIDWAR: A man from Uttar Pradesh allegedly died by suicide at the Patanjali wellness centre in Haridwar on Friday early morning.
Rajiv Kumar from Mainpuri, UP, had been staying at the centre for depression. He had tried to end his life once before on Thursday but his wife saved him. He attempted suicide again on Friday morning, by jumping off the third floor of the building and died. A police enquiry is on.
Bhadrapad SHO Nitesh Sharma told TOI, “We haven’t recovered a suicide note so far. A post-mortem is being conducted and further investigation is on.”
